Demolition and reconstruction of school complex - San Sebastiano al Vesuvio

The project involves the demolition and subsequent reconstruction of a school complex intended as a kindergarten, designed to ensure high standards of safety and sustainability. The building, developed on a single level, is designed to meet the needs of young children by providing functional and safe spaces.

The new kindergarten was placed within a lot that also includes outdoor areas dedicated to play activities, designed to encourage children's play and motor development in a controlled and safe environment. The design strictly followed CAM (Minimum Environmental Criteria) criteria, ensuring the use of environmentally friendly and sustainable materials, minimizing environmental impact.

This intervention represents a virtuous example of modern school building with a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability. In addition to providing a safe and comfortable environment for children, the project is part of a broader strategy to upgrade the public building stock in line with the latest environmental and energy regulations.
