Seismic adaptation of school building - San Giorgio a Cremano

The main objective of the project is the seismic adaptation of the school building located in San Giorgio a Cremano, through a series of interventions aimed at improving the structural safety of the building. The planned interventions concern both the foundations and the beams and pillars in reinforced concrete (RC), in order to increase the resistance capacity of the structure in the event of seismic events.

The identification of the intervention areas is the result of a preventive seismic assessment, supported by in-depth geological and structural investigations, which allowed the main critical points of the building to be identified. On the basis of these analyses, specific interventions were designed to guarantee greater stability and safety of the building, aligning with the seismic safety standards required by current regulations.

This project represents a crucial step in protecting students and school staff, helping to ensure a safe and resilient environment, adequate for seismic prevention needs.
